Online only when there is nothing to mount

A property with no devices and no AI can be set up online: we import the rooms, rates and staff, and train the team on a video call. As soon as a TV box, a door sign, a tablet, a door station or Zurba is involved, installation is in person, because the devices have to be mounted, paired to their rooms and tested with your own staff in front of them. We would rather spend the day at your desk than ship a box and hope.

Installation: three questions

How long does installation take?

Install day at a hotel like our 120-room demo hotel runs about seven hours, from our arrival to the first check-in on the new system. Larger properties get more days at the desk, and the team stays until the first guest has checked in.

Who from the hotel needs to be there?

The general manager, the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor at least, so that the people who will use the system are trained at their own desks. Finance and the storekeeper join for their part of the day.

Can AruraZ be installed remotely?

Only when no hardware and no AI are involved. A property with no devices and no Zurba can be set up online. Everything else is installed in person, because our team mounts and pairs the devices.
