Each line is a check AruraAcc makes before the day can be locked. Tick them one by one, or press Run all. The last step stays locked until the rest are done.

AruraAcc: three questions
What is USALI?
The Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, the standard layout hotels use to compare departments. AruraAcc produces a USALI P&L.
How does the day close work?
AruraAcc checks the night audit, cash, restaurant and minibar journals, supplier invoices, the bank sweep and the trial balance, then locks the day. Changing a locked day needs a manager and leaves a trail.
Where do the journals come from?
Finance events from AruraStay, AruraDine and AruraBox become journals automatically, so finance reviews instead of typing.
