AruraBox: three questions
How are minibar items charged to the room?
Items scanned out for a room post to that room’s folio in AruraStay, so nobody types them in.
What is a blind count?
A stock count made without seeing the expected number. AruraBox compares it with the ledger afterwards and records lost cases with a reason.
What is a door station?
A tablet and a barcode scanner at the storeroom door. Staff scan items out, in, between storerooms or for a count; the tablet knows who they are and which storeroom it is.
