These terms apply to your use of the AruraZ website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
About the site
The site describes AruraZ software and devices for hotels. The demo hotel, its guests, staff and figures that you see are made up and shown only to explain how the products work. Descriptions may change as the products change, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell. We do not publish prices: any price, scope and delivery are agreed in a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
Using the site
- Use it lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses or collect it automatically in a way that burdens it.
- The demo form is for real requests from people who run or work for a hotel. Do not submit information about other people without their permission.
- The interactive screens on the site are examples. Nothing you do in them is sent to us or stored.
Intellectual property
The site, the AruraZ name and logos, the text, the images and the software they describe belong to AruraZ or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify or reuse them for another purpose without our written permission.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it is complete, error-free or always online.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, AruraZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts located in the judicial district of Montreal have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
