Privacy policy
AruraZ ("we", "us") makes hotel operations software. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or ask us for a demo, why we collect it and what we do with it. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the privacy law of Quebec that applies to us.

What we collect
- When you request a demo: the hotel name, number of rooms, your name, your country and the WhatsApp number or email you give us. You choose what to enter.
- When you visit this site: basic technical information that every web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time. We use it to keep the site working and secure.
- Browser storage: the site stores one small flag in your browser session (for example, that you already saw the opening animation). It is not used to track you and is deleted when you close the tab.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or health information on this website, and we do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your demo request and arrange a visit or call.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
We ask for your consent when you send the demo form, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and answer you (for example hosting and messaging providers), under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only for those purposes. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that provider when a page loads. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where it is kept and for how long
Demo requests are kept in our systems for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. When information is stored or processed outside Canada, we protect it by contract and by technical measures such as encryption in transit and access controls.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@aruraz.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
We protect personal information with measures suited to how sensitive it is: encrypted connections, restricted access, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach creates a real risk of serious harm to you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site is for hotel owners and managers. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on this page.
