What does the guest see on the tablet?

The registration card with name, room, dates and terms already filled from the reservation. The guest only signs.

Where is the signed card stored?

On the reservation in AruraStay, with the time it was signed, so it can be found with the stay.

Can guests register before arrival?

Yes. Guests who pre-register on WhatsApp arrive with the card already filled, and the desk confirms the signature.
