Room TV box: three questions

What does the room TV box do?

It turns any TV into the hotel’s guest screen: welcome by name, minibar and room-service orders, movies, live TV, housekeeping requests, do-not-disturb, the live bill and express checkout.

Where do the orders go?

Food and drink orders appear on the kitchen screen in AruraDine and as lines on the guest’s folio in AruraStay. Minibar items also update stock in AruraBox.

How is it installed?

Our team mounts the box behind the TV, pairs it to the room in AruraStay and leaves it on the welcome screen. If the hotel changes the TV, the box moves with it.
